Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Deliberon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

Subject to these Terms, Deliberon grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Deliberon software on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, distribute, or modify the software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Deliberon.

You agree to use Deliberon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software to develop a competing product
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software in any manner that violates applicable law

Deliberon may connect to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. Deliberon is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party providers.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DELIBERON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DELIBERON AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DELIBERON'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

Deliberon may release updates to the software from time to time. These Terms apply to all versions of the software unless a separate agreement accompanies a specific update. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
