Deliberon is a Windows desktop application. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the Deliberon software and website.

Deliberon stores all session data, Decision Records, agent configurations, and vault content locally on your machine. We do not have access to this data. It does not leave your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

Deliberon optionally connects to third-party AI providers — including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google — at your direction. When you use these integrations, your prompts and session content are transmitted to the provider you have selected, subject to that provider's own privacy policy and terms of service.

Deliberon does not store, log, or process the content of these requests on our servers. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy practices of any AI provider you connect.

To deliver your Deliberon license, we collect your name and email address. This information is used solely for license issuance and delivery. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Our website may collect standard server logs and anonymized usage data (such as page views and referral sources) to understand how visitors find and use the site. This data is not linked to individual identities.

We retain license delivery information (name and email) for as long as necessary to support your license. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at sales@deliberon.com.

Deliberon is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
